At Isla-Alexander we take data privacy very seriously and want to make sure your experience with us is the best it can be.   • recordings of your phone calls made to our head office.
     

If you don’t provide us with this information, we may not be able to provide you with access to our products or services.
 

We do not routinely collect special category data however if you choose to provide this information to us we will treat the data with the additional protection given under data protection laws.
 

During the course of our relationship with you we may ask for additional information from you which is required for us to fulfil the specified service.

We store all your personal data in highly secure software systems and when we share your personal data with third parties we do so in a safe and secure manner.
 

Some data is on Google drive as part of g suite. Google fully complies with GDPR rules and have are protected with encryption and 2 step verification.

However, while we take reasonable precautions to guard the personal information we collect, no security system is impenetrable. While no service is completely secure, we will always take precautionary measures to help prevent information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
 

Isla-Alexander retains personal data for as long as necessary to provide services, support and to fulfil transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.
