Isla-Alexander founder, Ross, has been working in the industry since 2013. Having previously worked as a director for some of the UK’s largest Estate Agency firms, Ross wanted to build a business that’s fundementally different and built on the foundations of media and marketing. At home Ross lives with his wife Naomi, and daughter Isla who already has her sights set on “selling some houses” with Dad. Ross is also the proud captain of his local rugby club, Llanishen RFC.
